Birthday Thoughts ....

The Day started as usual....got up at 5 :30 , but still tried to lie down, waiting for the call from far... i wanted him to be the first person to wish me and then to start the day. I realized that my dad was awake as well.. so decided to continue my acting till i received the call. I was constantly looking at our clock which was running 15 minutes fast and mentally adding 2 and half hours to it ...it's 8 .. still he didnt call me ... i hope that he didnt forget my birthday ... i felt that i am acting like a Kid.. afer all it is my 28th birthday... and who better knows that i love these kind of gestures .. Putting an end to my waiting my phone rang .. I grabbed it and yes.. that was the sweet , nasal voice of my love on the other side...
Now coming to my thougts.. the crazy thoughts .. i recollect some one telling me that late twenties is a stricking age for a woman. It is a good blend of a girl, a lady and a woman. You can laugh out loud on hearing a simple joke, you can think maturily, forsee trouble, love your family unconditionally, advise friends as if your life is perfect, be workaholic, be good and strict to your colleagues at the same time, join with any age group and can be one among them.... hmm... not bad...
Life is moving on monotonously, nothing excting is happening these days. But Thank God that i found a cool bunch of friends here who are adding a different colour to my life all together. They are reminding me about those good old days i had in my school and college with my friends. It is good to have like minded friends around, they help you to see life from a different angle all on a sudden. After the busy office hours and hectic work of cleaning and cooking at home, the real happy moments are very less, except for the few moments with my baby. It looks like i am turning out to be a normal complaining and nagging wife...
