Have you ever thought why the NRI's are having this description? Why do people think NRI's are not reliable or how can they think that those "Resident indians" are more reliable.......I have thought about it many times and have felt that the NRI's are much more patriotic and responsible than the latter group.
When i reached Kuwait three years back, i was surprised to see the way people (read indians) bonded together whether it be at the work place or in any other public place. At a work place a group will be automatically formed eventhough the intension is to crticize their Boss or to run the gossip mill. Infact most of the discussion topic will be about the organization and how "vasta" (arabic word meaing recommendation) is ruling the company.
